Cancellation Policy

Studio Masala is committed to supporting your wellness journey and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. Please review the following cancellation policy to understand how we handle changes to bookings.

1. Class Cancellations by Participants

1.1. Notice Period

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations within 24 hours of the class are not eligible for refunds.

1.2. No-Show Policy

  • No-Show: If you do not attend a class and fail to provide notice, you will be charged the full class fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.

1.3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule a class with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. For late rescheduling requests within the 24-hour window, please contact us promptly to discuss options.

2. Class Cancellations by Studio Masala

2.1. Class Cancellation

  • By Studio Masala: If we cancel a class due to instructor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will be promptly notified. You may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule for another class at no additional cost.

2.2. Changes to Schedule

  • Notice of Changes: Studio Masala reserves the right to update class schedules or instructors. We will notify you of any changes as early as possible.

3. Membership and Package Cancellations

3.1. Membership Cancellation

  • Notice Requirement: Membership cancellations require at least 2 weeks notice before the next billing cycle. Subjected to if you are on a membership that has a lock in time frame (eg. Unlimited Movement - 3 months minimum. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

3.2. Package Cancellation

  • Unused Classes: If you cancel a package before attending any classes, you are eligible for a refund minus a $20 processing fee.

  • Used Classes: Refunds are not available for packages where classes have already been used.

4. Refunds

4.1. Processing Time

  • Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

4.2. Refund Method

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1. Medical or Emergency Situations

  • Documentation: In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional situations, contact us promptly. Supporting documentation may be required for refunds or rescheduling consideration.

5.2. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Flexibility: We may exercise discretion in special cases, such as extended travel or personal hardship. Each situation will be assessed individually, and flexibility is not guaranteed.
